Awful teacher online! Would not recommend. He may be great in class but the online class is ridiculous. He takes a week or more to respond to emails and doesn't grade in time. Quizzes are very detailed about the book chapters. You're on your own in the online class.

Great Teacher, seems to enjoy and practice what he teaches. Easy fun class,read the text book, take notes, attendance wasn't mandatory, but he gives you pop quizzes, so if you want the points...go! Work load is fair, if you do all your work and decent on exams should get an A or B. Only way to fail this class is to not do anything!

Need the book, Sorry guys!Go to class, do not miss the easy quizzes because it could drop you a letter grade (like me) Only two test, midterm is ALL short answers but he lets you know what to go over. Final...I would not stress over about. Overall cool guy, makes class funny sometimes...a little harsh on his own kids but eh it is comical I guess!

I took Principles of Heath Applications with him. Mr. Hawkins is nice and knowledgeable about the subjects he teaches. I found to his class to be boring though. I think he has ADD, so he goes off on tangents often. Over all his class was easy, but slow going. He had us do group projects, which to me seems like a lack of material to teach.

Same concept as Humans Disease and Stress managment, but the tests are true/false, multiple choice on scantrons. Still have quizes and weekly articles... Even without a book if you go to every class prepare to make atleast a B

take him, do the work (which is easy). he will spoon feed you the material, attend the day before the exam. He's a great teacher that made me laugh a few times. You can get an A, if you do what he asks, (not alot)
