Professor Shaw is an amazing and sweet professor. She helps outside of the classroom and is very helpful. This course was mostly lecture notes and test so if you dont come to lectures you most likely wont pass unless you get notes from someone. Amazing course.

I've really enjoyed having Dr. Shaw as a professor this semester. She only teaches because she wants to, and it shows. She is an associate dean and took this class over so it wouldn't get canceled. It requires you to pay attention and study hard, but she is very forgiving and approachable. I'd take her again.

She is a very funny teacher. She has all notes posted on blackboard if you don't want to take them in class. Lots of extra credit opportunities if your attendence is strong. She let us use a note card on the FINAL, because she was sick for a week and didn't want to punish us for it! A real sweatheart. Hardly any homework. Go for this one.
