She may seem scary when she teaches COSC-230, but she really is a nice person when you talk to her. She tries to help her students as much as she can, though I find sometimes I leave the lecture with my head spinning (So... fast!). Her assignments are very relevant to the tests she gives out (for the most part). You'll get the mark you work for.

Professional, kind, and very smart. Quite thorough, but makes hard topics seem easy. Read ahead if worried about accents; you will find she takes the time to ensure topics are understood. One of the most helpful and concerned profs I ever met.

Dr. Feng's english is fine. Her willingness to give extra help is awesome, because she really does care. Some narrow minded person is using her English as an excuse for their being stupid, and lazy. Dr. Feng is a good professor and a good person too.
