Coordinator of the Asia Study Abroad Program, Wesley will definitely give his opinion loud and clear as well as teach you every topic. I killed myself just to get a B in this class and I've never worked so hard. Wesley will make you get a good grade whether you like it or not

This is supposed to be an easy A course but he makes it so much harder than it should be. Every class consists of stories from his life that he tries unsuccessfully to relate to organizational behavior. He gets so off track that I want to just get up and leave the classroom. Grade consists of just 3 exams which are impossible to pass. Don't take

Everyone worries so much about king. He is actually an extremely nice guy. You just need to be interested in learning. If you want to skate by don't take him but if you want a real learning experience that actually can be quiet enjoyable take it. You will be glad you did. Just don't be a lazy bum and your fine.

Nice enough guy, but the class takes some getting used to. I got less than a 50 on both tests, but got an A in the class. If you show interest and improvement you'll do well. Only one person across three sections acutually got an F. Stick with it, don't quit because it's difficult. It will work out and you'll be glad that you didn't drop.

It's ironic that we learn about motivation theory, and the way King manages the course makes me completely unmotivated to study. The chance that what you study will help you on the test are just too slim. The class and his stories can be interesting, but sometimes class will end and I'll realize that we didn't discuss anything management related.

King is by far my favorite teacher I've taken at UD. His class requires upper level thinking but he makes it easy to understand by giving examples through his stories. He really engages the class and is fun to listen to, overall very useful class and fun professor!

I absolutely love Wesley! He is by far the best professor I have has since I began here. If you are looking for an easy A class, don't even bother. He challenges you to not only do well in his class, but to actually learn something and retain that knowledge throughout your life. He has many stories to tell, and is able to link real life into what he is teaching you. You must be dedicated to this class if you want to pass, but it is definitely worth while.

You will not do well in this class if you are lazy. You have to do the readings and pay attention during his lectures in order to do well. However, if you put forth consistent effort you will do well. This guy wants everyone to learn and you will if you have the right mindset.

Very friendly guy, very much enjoyed class. However, it is very useless to go to and hard to follow. Very good teacher as far as stories and knowledge go but his tests are as close to impossible as they can be. Averages were 54 and 42.

I actually had him for Spring Semester last year, but he has stood out as one of my favorite professors at UD. I didn't have much interest in MGT301 before taking his class, but he made it very interesting and I felt his classroom discussions were the best I've had throughout college. Would recommend him for MGT 301

This is by far the worst professor i have had at UD. His exams are impossible and he is unwilling to be accommodating to students. He is firm on his policies and will not change them even in cases of emergency. DO NOT TAKE HIM.

Best teacher I have ever had at Dayton. Knowledgeable, cultured, and good person outside of the classroom. Interesting guy who has taken many risks and adventures in his life. Take his class if you want to learn about life and not just management. He cares about his students and will NOT let you fail. There are only three tests--easy if you read!

Someone nailed it in describing King. He teaches one of the easiest classes but makes it difficult by grading inconsistently and with no objectivity whatsoever. Worst of all, he wastes your time every class with irrelevant banter.

The general consensus when it comes to Wesley King is that he is one of the more difficult professors to work with. This is a misconception, however, as he teaches a very simple class and makes it difficult by grading on an inconsistent basis and wasting class time by telling mostly irrelevant stories which only loosely relate to course concepts.

Class is fairly interesting but only a fraction of what is on the test is talked about in class. Pay attention and be ready to work hard. And don't forget stuff on previous tests, all tests are cumulative.

I came to class every day and listened to Wesley. I did not leave his class and spend time outside of class studying the material. On the first test I got a 20 and the second a 45, but still ended up getting a B in his class. I actually ended up becoming involved in ASAP from meeting him through class. TAKE IF YOU WANT A CHALLENGE!

This was my first college class that actually challenged me. Wesley is a very good teacher, in the sense that he holds you accountable for the information you need to know. If you stay involved with the class he will like you more, which is good come grading time.
