In a lot of his law based classes he supplements assignments for group projects, which most people prefer anyway. He's a lenient grader, as well as helpful and treats students as actual adults rather than children which really helps in the dynamic between him and the class.

Bill is an AWESOME instructor, easily the best at PSU Berks. His class is hard, he will make you think, and he will tell you when you are wrong, but you will LEARN from him, not just memorize code. Lots of extra credit, fun class, and a funny guy. Great guy, alot of fun, extremely helpful, always available when you need help. Awesome guy!

Very helpful and flexible. Moved deadlines to reflect the pace of the class and bent over backwards to make sure we understood the material. His class could use more assignments though (homework, quizzes, etc)

Very helpful professor and the only reason I stayed in the IST department at PSU berks. If you have question, this man does more then bend over backwards to help people. Also, very very friendly and helpful to military personel. I went on deployment and he helped me with class loads so I could still pass the class.

A really cool professor. He is more like a friend than a mentor. His classes are interesting but a lot of work. The only drawback of his class is that he never grades anything until the end of the semester so you never know what your grade is until it's too late to do anything about it.
