Very interesting guy, especially during night classes. This guy is hilarious. Actual lawyer. He made fun of a bunch of his previous clients. Great guy, he even offered his legal services to anyone in his class during the semester. Too bad he retired after my semester.

The book is a waste of money. Exams are from his lectures, although sometimes he forgets that he didn't tell you everything. Study hard for first exam, you may need a cushion. Entertaining talker, night classes slide out real early.

dont buy the book. the extra credit assignment was to read "street lawyer" and the extra credit question wasnt even really about the book. bad teacher, thinks hes a big shot but he really isnt.

He's a lawyer, so all of his lectures are right off the top of his head. Be prepared to listen and take lots of notes. It's interesting stuff though, you'll learn a lot of good things to know, plus he's a funny guy. This is a large class, but he always lets you out early. There are four exams, study hard for them, and a chance for extra credit.

Doesn't quite cover everything that is on test. Take night class once a week, your supposed to be there for over 3 hrs but only keeps you for 1 1/2 hrs. Not difficult, no homework.

Very knowledgeable professor. Actual lawyer, so he's up to date on things. Alot of note taking, but it's interesting. Tests are a little difficult, but he's willing to help you. Definitely reccomend taking him!

very good teacher. knowledgable and still practicing law full time so provides reliable info. funny dry-ish humor that everyone enjoys. gives full review for test (trust me - bring a recorder of some sort). go to class, take notes, you'll do fine. tests are TorF and short essay. some multiple choice.
