Best English teacher ever !!! His class is easy and laid back. He gives weekly homework and reviews before turning in. Spelling test everyday but very easy. There are some activities in class, too. If you do all the assignments, then you will be fine. I highly recommend.

Expect Homework Weekly and Reviewing the Answers before turning it in. Also, there's weekly Spelling Test Quizzes that are based off of the Textbook so study it! Just do the homework and tests and show up to class. Easy A ! However, this teacher gives very boring lectures...

Old fashioned guy. Does not use emails. Classes are somewhat easy, as long as you read and write about it. You can turn in all your work on the day of the final, early. Literatures rhyme with lectures, add discussions and conversations, I feel like his class could be way harder, but he is trying to make it passable.

60 page course writing on what you read throughout the semester. Research paper due at the end. Overall, he loves his job and that's the only reason why he is still here. He grades very easily and enjoys reading everyone's essays. You have to make sure you read because quizzes are about 60 points total.

One of the most passionate teachers who love to teach. He will repeat his lessons over the course of the semester until you finally understand the material. Overall, he is one of the easiest and most well mannered teacher I had the chance to have. Follow his lessons closely, he is very understanding and will have no problems trying to assist you.

Take Jacobs if you want to become a better writer to succeed in your future English and Upper Division classes. Jacobs is great professor who knows how to teach students about writing, basic grammar, spelling and etc. The funny thing is he supposedly "retired" many years ago, but he came back to EVG to teach because he enjoys teaching so much.

Nice teacher and the class is pretty easy to pass as long as you do the work. Attendance is a must if you want a good grade because you have a quiz almost every day on the reading. Besides the quizzes you'll have to present a poem, doesn't have to be one u wrote, and u also have to write a 60 page journal. U use 14pt font on the journal so not bad.
