I'm not sure why anyone would rate Bill poorly, unless by chance they slacked in the class. I found him to be more than helpful if you ASKED/made a point that you needed assistance. Kind, humorous man who truly has a knack for what he is doing. I would take his classes over and over again if I hadn't already earned the credits lol.

This teacher is a tough grader and a tough person in general. He means well but doesn't offer any help what so ever. Puts things on test and quizzes that he never went over in his lecture. And when you ask he says nothing, when you try to correct him will become upset and will do anything to make you seem wrong. DONT TAKE!!!!!!!!!
