Bill is not your avg. teacher. He's more of a faciliator where class information is combined textbook augmented with real-world input from students. His classes are structured such that you only get out of it what you (and other students) put into it. Great guy, maybe a little TOO mellow! Your input DOES matter as it shapes the course & your grade!
