These were the most important classes that I took at UF. I'm liberal and Kelso wrote me a letter of rec for law school. In fact, I organized attornies to represent protestors at the 2008 DNC and I still adore Prof Kelso. He just wants you to do the reading so you can participate in class. I wish that I could re-take his classes.

I agree that this class should be required of every student at UF, or anywhere for that matter. I learned more in this class alone than in the rest of my undergraduate curriculum altogether, though much of that is because of Prof. Kelso, who's now gone. He is very helpful teacher who instructs with clarity and cares about students.

Awesome class. One of the best I've taken at UF. I'm not even a PolySci major and I took two of his classes. I learned a lot and his perspective was interesting. In fact, I think it was one of the only courses I can remember from college that I still use today.

A breath of fresh air in the sea of Liberal indoctrination that is the rest of the Poli Sci department at UF. Aside from this, his 'survey of interesting stuff' format for all three courses is something that no curious person should miss. He is a great guy as well, and writes a good recommendation!
