Mr. Modeste was not only a counselor while I was in school, but also a mentor & a friend who always made time to talk to me and give his best advise. He is one of the main reasons why I was able to get my degree and I will forever thankful.

I would lie if said Mr. Modeste was my preferred advisor. Since I was a freshman I would go to other advisors for help because he was either never there or he made me feel stupid. He was very harsh on me with my grades even when I gave it my all. He would interrupt me when I had question and answer it with another question so I never got an answer

Tries to make students feel stupid. Very sarcastic for no apparent reason. Loud. Interupts you mid question therefore he never actually answers what you ask. Talks aimlessly for days. I don't even want to ask him anything anymore because all I get is attitude.

This teacher thinks he is the coolest, hippest, gangster in the world and is probably the most annoying teacher at Queens College. He talks to his students like they're mentally challenged and is always raising his voice and yelling at them. I could not stand him. Just warning you to do what you can to stay away from him.

i can't stand this guy. he is a pain the the ass. he never shuts up. he can talk for hours. all i ever want is to go to his office and get a slip for pre-regestration. he made me feel stupid one time to. i can't stand him. he should shut up.
