Things to expect; overload of work, ridiculously harsh grading for HW that takes up lots of time, and way to much info to remember for tests. Listening to lecture one would think the subject matter is pretty straight forward.. but he is extremely picky. Just surviving his insane intro class is a victory, regardless of the grade.

What a git.. You only need to show up to learn what the homework assignment is. He simply goes over his notes, of which there are several pages per chapter. For tests, expect to need to absorb 10-15 pages of TYPED notes, and be able to spit it all back out in short answer and essay format ONLY. So, memorize every chapter, and you will do fine!
