Dr. Prather is by far one of the best professors I've ever had. I've taken every class taught by her in the MPA program. She assigns a ton of work but it's worth it. I learned more in her class than I have in most of my other graduate-level courses. Make sure you do the readings and participation in class is a must!

You will bust your behind in this class but it is SO worth it! She's tough, make no mistake, but she's fair, and HRM was probably the best and most valuable class I've ever taken. She's also a great advisor. :)
