I loved the class as it was highly based on discussion and participation. Don't get scared off by bad reviews, Prof. Scott is one of Lehigh's best. Full of knowledge and an overall passion and well-rounded understanding for his topic

Overall, incredibly intelligent and well read. You will have an instant appreciation for the amount of knowledge this guy has in his head. I loved the class as it was highly based on discussion and participation. Don't get scared off by bad reviews, Prof. Scott is one of Lehigh's best

I learned a little, but got the feeling that this prof did not want to be there. Students lead discussions and he would jump in to try move along the discussion, but instead of being helpful was mostly argumentative and intimated students from talking (bad when participation is the basis for your grade). I personally will avoid Scott in the future.
