Sweetest prof ever! He is extremely intelligent, but also extremely humble. What a joy to find both in a caring man. He is hilarious! Made methods enjoyable. Loved going to his class, but frustrated when most of the class didn't do the readings so we could have some discussion. Take his courses if you can...wish I had taken more with him.

Absolutely hilarious and amazing professor. Keeps all his courses interesting. I try to be in as many of his classes as possible. Only for this guy would I take an 8:30 class willingly just to have him as a prof.

He is the most pleasant human being on earth. He makes the world a better place for all those who come in contact with him on a day to day basis. He is the best professor in teaching and funniest guy ever. His jokes and stories will make you happy and cheer your mood. He is the most angel prof I have met in my whole life. The best prof at mcmaster University, care for his students immensly, provide lot of multiple choice practise exams in class after every chapter, to prepare you for exams, and says funny hilarious things to make you happy and jokes always.

He's the brightest guy in the sociology department and the only prof I've had who actually feels an actual concern and responsibility for his students performance. Never a boring lecture. Outstanding prof. Very smart teacher. A leader in his field. He is generous, helpful, flexible and easy-going. I firmly believe that he is the best prof for Introductory Sociology. His course should be a must for every McMaster student. If you study hard and don't leave your readings until the day before a test, you can get a good mark from him
