Dr. Sweigart is an awesome professor. I highly recommend him. It's very clear that he enjoys the subject and is interested that his students actually understand the material. While he is big on attendance, he creates a classroom environment that fosters participation and quality learning.

Wonderful professor! I would highly recommend for anyone to take him because you will learn so much about writing! My writing has improved a tremendous amount since I had his class. He's crazy, but you'll love him!

Dr.Sweigart is probably the best english teacher I've had in my schooling career. Great guy, and he has a love of what he does. What I learned in his class has really helped me throughout the rest of my classes.
