Awful Professor. Syllabus is completely out of whack and makes no sense, his grading is all over the place and assignments are usually not announced until after they're due. Exams are very difficult and if you're conservative or have strong political views, I wouldn't suggest this class.

Dr. Fowler cares about his students. He'll take time to help you outside of class and he's passionate about what he teaches. He's been my favorite professor at Parkland.

Dr. Fowler was an overall great professor! He really is passionate about all the classes he teaches. He always made a sense to try to get to know you no matter how big the class sizes were. Dr. Fowler assigns a lot of different things to work on, and sometimes he is unclear on some of the stuff he expects out of us. Great professor though.

I found Dr. Fowler to be tough but fair. I found a few of the students in the class to be quite disrespectful to him and to others. He deserved better. I will "Claim my Seat", Dr. Fowler. You changed my life and the lives of many others. Good luck on the Bar Exam. It's great to see a professor still pursuing his DREAM. Good luck.

Very unorganized and the syllabus is unclear. Inconsistent grading on simulations/discussion questions, with generic feedback. Exams are very difficult and several questions have mistakes.

Extremely thorough on his Content section of Cobra. He allows tons of extra credit, and at the end of the semester, he uses a curved grading scale that literally raises you a letter grade. He used an older textbook that was $7 on Amazon. Take this course, save some money on books, and increase your GPA.

BEST PROFESSOR EVER! I took this class online and really regretted not taking it in person and getting to know him better. He is very passionate about the subject he teaches, as well as being clear, patient, and helping his students understand. Very clear feedback as well. I DEFINITELY recommend him! He's an incredible professor to say the least!

Lots of extra credit made class easy. Some silly assignments like writing songs. Discussions were good, questions weren't always worded well. Study guide and previous tests helped to study, but tests had bad or wrong questions. He was sort of helpful when I contacted him. Basically easy to pass, not so strong on the material.

Dr. Fowler is very nice. As long as you pay attention to announcements and attend class you will certainly get an A in the class. The classroom discussions and assignments sometimes seemed superfluous, but I think I probably retained a fair amount of information. I recommend this class as long as you are ok with not being terribly productive.

This was an awesome class!! He made you want to come to class. Most of the assignments were easy. He was very helpful. As long as you follow the lecture notes and pay attention to announcements you will do absolutely fine. He likes attendance he only gives you 4 freebies and you loose a letter grade. So go to class you will have a good time!!
