Nice man but his exams are ridiculously hard. It has nothing to do with the stuff we learned in class. Puts the class grades on the board and half of the class gets below an F. Half of the class has dropped out.

He gives a brief lecture and your on your own. He does not narrow down material to study for test so you must study everything and his questions are the most obscure things he mentioned or something in the text that is easily forgotten. Pay attention to experiments and ingredients bc it will be on test. Ask him to go over models & experiments.

He knows how to teach the subject and explain the material into detail. He knows every topic out of his head and makes jokes in class. I was supposed to get a B but idk how i ended up with A- in his class.His tests are a bit on the harder side so u have to study. He recommends to record his voice in class and that helped alot.Take him learned alot!

DON'T EVER TAKE HIM.If you find out that this is your professor, switch IMMEDIATELY. He is the worst professor. He thinks that his his test questions are simple but it's still difficult and is usually the pointless part. He doesn't write notes, even when he does it is all over the place.

This professor is a very nice man but he is CONFUSING and difficult! The class started with 30 students. It's mid semester and only 6 are left. His lessons are all over the place, he writes little notes. He is not clear on what will be on the exam and doesn't explain things well. BEWARE! Do NOT choose this professor.

He has a good personality that can make you enjoy his class..I took him for lab and I suggest if you get him that you pay close attention to all your labs especially what materials you are using..READ the LAB BOOK, he will not give you notes and if he does you better write it down because it is a sure thing that it will be on the exam.

Workman is very knowledgeable and lectures on as much as possible(including fun facts that you don't really need to know). Tests are on his lectures only and they consist of 100 T/F logic based questions, which is really hard unless you record his lectures and know the stuff stone cold. He doesn't mind answering questions. Micro is not a cakewalk!

In the beginning I was very interested in science. He is a strict teacher supposedly so you would do well, but not really. You could study his chapters a lot and still do bad. This was a class I got a B-, it was hard. Although if you ask questions there is some clarity. I would stay away though.

This professor is a well learned fool. His ideas are out of this world. He gives you these long stories that doesn't seem to make sense. After every test you will be FRUSTRATED because what is on the test doesn't corelate with the text. YOU WILL NEVERY BE ABLE TO READ HIS TEST QUESTIONS CLEARLY - ALWAYS POOR COPY. Dr. workman is a good person but a very DIFFICULT professor. His tests are very HARD, he does't gives any hw and no extra credit reports to boost up ur grades. Drops only 1 lowest grade, and ur avg has to be 60 to pass his HARD class. Consult w/ other students before taking him. Good luck!!!!
