Mr. Boyd can't hear a single question that you ask in class. He was not a good professor at all. He writes stuff on the board and that is about all the help you get. His tests were difficult, and he offered not much help.

Mr. Boyd is a bit hard to understand sometimes, but he is very helpful if you ask him to slow down. He doesn't check homework, but if you fail a test he will ask you to show him you did it.

I am terrible at math, and Boyd was willing to meet me at the only time available for me--6:30 in the morning. Fast paced discussions, be ready, but will stop to answer and clarify questions.

Very VAGUE, very UNCLEAR. An old man, and an adjuct who should have quit long ago. MR (not Dr) Boyd was dismissed from his teaching position at a local Christian high school before coming to LU because of his low comprehension rates.
