He is scatter-brained, kind of tough to understand, and this course was only 8 weeks long instead of the usual 16. BUT Dr. Sun did a good job overall with this course. He was helpful, tried to be clear with what he expected from students, and he truly cared for his students. Really nice guy, I'd suggest him.

Dr. Sun is AWESOME!! I had him when I was a freshman and 4 semesters later, he still says hi to me on campus. Super helpful and a great teacher!

This professor is slightly hard to understand, but you get used to it after awhile. I feel like a lot of his explanations were vague, and the tests were harder than any review or homework. I've always been really good at math and an A student, but I got a C in this class. Definitely need to do all your homework and attend class. Overall nice guy.

He's very thorough in his explainations. We often spent a whole 50 min class period on 2 or 3 problems. Heavy textbook use, quizzes are straight off homework. Not very hard if you keep up and learn to understand his speaking.

The material in this class begins very easily but quickly gets harder. The quizzes are straight from the homework and the tests are fairly easy. But the material overall is complicated. This is not a "fun" class and I do not recommend the monday,tuesday,thursday one. If it fits into your schedule to go everyday do it. Overall I do not recommend him

Great teacher, Highly recommend!!!! He is fairly easy to understand, He will explain everything if you just ask him. He has quizzes that are straight from the homework, and if you ask him whats on the test he will normally show you "examples"(which would then show up on the test) If you want to pass pre calc I highly recommend him.

Really nice guy. My class had 9 people in it and he took the time to make sure that you understood the material (never had a math teacher do that in college). It was the best Calc class I have taken so far. Take him over Wickham if you can!

Dr. Sun is definitely one of my favorite teachers. I'm a math major, so I've had quite a few math teachers, and Dr. Sun is one of the best. He explained things very well, gave reasonable homework and tests, and was always open to questions. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent professor!! I am terrible at math (really terrible) but he explains the material really well and makes it seem easy. Applies the problems to real life situations. Quizzes are straight from the homework. Tests are easy. He is funny unintentionally. Take Dr. Sun, you won't regret it.

This was a hard class, however Dr. Sun made it bearable. He tries very hard to make sure that everyone understands, and while he can easily go off on tangents about other math things, he is a pretty good teacher. He really does care about his students doing well too.

This guy is one of my favorite professors. Too bad I'm not a math major. He is absolutely hilarious in a non-intentional way, and his antix and accent is pretty cute too.
