Comment:

Dr. Kawahara is beyond amazing! There's so much to say about him, being a living piece of history while also being extremely humble. This man has a doctorate and written a textbook but he prefers Yosh. I had an issue with lacking feature on the homework and he disputed it with Pearson and stood with me. I got almost 50 points over the A+ max.

I took the accelerated 8 week online class and LOVED IT! Would highly recommend! There are a lot of tedious assignments due but they're easy. Do all of the work AND EXTRA CREDIT and you'll receive an A. He even sends updates on what points equal what grade every other week so you know how you're doing. Very interesting class material also

The class is hard because there's lots of difficult work demand and the guy doesn't teach you anything but it's not difficult to get an A as long as you do the work and learn the material yourself. Super unhelpful. No feedbacks. Wants all answers to be "succinct" so there is less to grade but he himself writes an essay to describe each assignments.

This class is hard. I took his 8 wk online class. However, I did receive an A which was totally unexpected. HONESTLY, just do the work and you can get an A. Out of all the profs that are offered to teach this class, take it with Kawahara online. Exam answers are all on google. Extra credit is tedious but do it cos it'll help your grade like crazy.

I took his 8-week online course so it was hard work. But he is clear in what he asks for and offers a lot of extra credit. (The extra credit is time consuming but worth it). If you do most of the extra credit it could bump your grade up from a C to an A. He expects college level work if you can do it, it's a good online class to take.

This is a challening class if you are not a psych or science person. Which I'm not. He lectures each class and will take questions. He tells you how to succeed in class. Take notes, do hw, on-line quizes, and mypsychkit. They will all help you to do well in the class. He'll take questions after class too. Textbook was interesting.

While his lectures can be a tad dry, if you simply are concious during class you'll do more than fine. And the book was actually entertaining to read. You should be able to get As on tests with nothing more than cramming the day before. Plus, he assigns little homework and basically reads you every question on the test the class before said test.

Excellent professor. Kids looking for an easy grade will complain, but this isn't HS. He is very intelligent and has a funny, dry sense of humor. I am not an A student but I followed his directions, paid attention & read and got an A. I'm at State now & he still is the best professor I've had.

The class can be rather difficult to follow. He strays from the topic frequently and never finishes what he plans for the day in lectures. The tests are kind of hard and even taking notes and attending class everday still made it difficult to pass. Only like 3 tests so do well or repeat the course.
