I only had Watt-Sensei for 1 semester but I loved her. She was much easier to learn from than Tsujimura-Sensei. She was a great teacher who respected her students and her AIs, she wanted you to learn.

This is by far my favorite professor since coming to college this year. She goes by the book, but explains things in a new light and gets the job done. Extreme helpful, and you can tell she loves her job. Definitely recommend this teacher

Challenging class, especially if you tested into it! I love Watt-sensei and her AIs, but the class moves VERY fast. Very kind and helpful teacher, very willing to encourage and understand a student's problems.

Watt-sensei is one of the best teachers at IU. J202 is pretty hard and a LOT of work, but she makes it interesting and a little bit easier. As long as you come to class and do the work, you will get a good grade.

AWESOME teacher, she really cares about the students and makes japanese fun and intellectually stimulating. Watt-sensei is very nice but the class is tough, so be prepared for a lot of homework, quizzes and hard tests. But the class is very worth it!! You'll love going to lecture!

I can't say just how wonderful a teacher she was. When I spoke to her about difficulties, she tried so hard to help and encourage me... I've never felt so respected and cared for by a teacher. I only regret that I couldn't stay with the class. One of the best.
