She is very nice, strightforward, and just good at teaching. Always expalins things thoroughly and gets you interested in the subject. She loves history and it shows when she is lecturing. Take her she is awesome.

This class is so basic and straightforward. Write notes, before test go over them and review with book readings, take test, turn in some critical thinking questions and your done! 5 times of doing that and you have an easy A. you get a few options for extra credit. And one book report is due OR a trip to the Museum of Tolerance and a paper.

Such an easy class, I dunno who would rate her negatively. She lectures the whole time by basically explaining the hist like a story, and the test are straight from the lectures. Easy matching tests. Subject matter can get boring but u can dose off and jump right back in. Very helpful if u ask, if ur missing notes she is easy to get ahold of.

For some reason, I never dosed off in her class. She's easy; she lectures then quizzes and you never have to read the book. The lecture-quiz thing is difficult because she's really vague at times about exactly what will be on the quiz. She's helpful and understanding. Knows her history.

Ehhh.. she's really nice and sweet but wasn't completely clear about how much information you actually had to write on the quizzes. she knocked off tons of points because it was "too brief" when she had just told us to be brief. So I don't really agree with her grading. otherwise.. she's easy.

This class was extremely difficult because I am a visual learner and she strictly lectures. The tests are difficult because you have to write the information nearly word-for-word from the notes. If you are good at memorizing, I recommend this class, otherwise, find a different instructer

This teacher is one of the best prof. that I have ever had! Her tests' are hard, only because there is so much that you have to memorize...but she will tell you EXACTLY what to study, there will be no surprises. She loves what she does, and it shows. She is the best prof. I've ever had! She's very helpful;the quizzes and the essay were so easy! I even enjoyed doing the quizzes!she is always available for help and is also very caring;when I told her my aunt had died,she was very understanding and allowed me to make up the quiz when I was able to. Thank you for making each day in class the best!!

This class was overwhelming for me and a few other people I know that took it. The teacher is nice but the grading is not really fair. Specific answers are asked for...stuff that you have to look for yourself that was supposedly reviewed in class. Attendance is strict, the tests kinda take a while. Usually multiple choice and A LOT of "describe"
