I was a math major, but because of this professor, all of my hopes and dreams were crushed. We NEVER learn ANY of the material its all about "REAL WORLD PROBLEMS AND SITUATIONS" She tells us that we don't need "egg-zack-t" answers and just need to get "ass closet as pussayble". ��. I can't even understand what is being said about 98% of the time.

Comment:

Dr Drici is an amazing professor. She is always willing to help. If you participate in class and seem interested, she will really appreciate it. Her tests, however, are sometimes too long and are impossible to complete. Make sure to practice writing- and writing fast - if you want to pass. Lots of memorization. Her study guides help a lot though.

Unclear & tough grader, unclear on progress throughout semester, feedback is more of a morale kill, expects you to know everything from the hw assigned for the next class or you'll get lost, DONT expect to be let out early, you can do extra credit but what you do wont directly affect your grade, she is so busy that knowing your grade is impossible

Comment:

Dr. Drici is a wonderful teacher who explains things very clearly and will happily repeat things when needed. She adjusts the speed of the course to the class which is a big bonus; she will by no means advance to the next section if nobody understands the current material. Her class isn't easy, but if you study well and work hard you'll do fine.

She is amazing!!! She always teaches the definitions really clearly. For a difficult definition or a certain problem over and over again until nobody has question to it. For the important definitions, she will mention it at the beginning of every class. She has a lot! Must take her class!

She will demand a lot from you to the point of breaking for those not gifted in math or those not willing to work ridiculously hard for the grade. She is helpful if you go in for help and she is genuinely interested in your progress. Tests will be hard though and the lectures are sometimes coma-inducing. Working at the board in class helps a bit.

Very great professor! She was very tough in the beginning of the year, but by the end of the semester, I understood what she expected....some people complain, but I think she explains things very thoroughly and makes sure everyone's on track....great with help...she explains stuff very well....sometimes unavailable though cuz she's so busy.

At first, this class was horrible. Then, I came to recognize the level of commitment she required. Once I came to that level I really enjoyed the subject and things went very well. She is always willing to help, but she is ridiculously busy so it is hard to get in to talk to her and her classes always run way behind the syllabus.

Wonderful person, but having her as my first math prof was probably not a good thing (but I've heard the other math profs are worse). Really cares about her students and extremely willing to help. But material was hard, and I'm no longer a math major.
