this woman stays in 5th gear for 2.5 hours straight. she knows her material cold, conveys it well, and actually teaches college classes as a professor should. her exams arent a walk in the park but if you listen to her lectures and actually read the material you should be just fine.

i took the honors class so it was tough. u must do the reading. but when it came to the paper she was so helpful and so sweet. i dont know how she is in other classes but i recommend her, only because she really cares about her students and is happy to help u out.

The sharpest Eng prof at QC. But take her GRAD course alone OR work only part time- you'll be studying for a time/thought taxing test EVERY 2 WEEKS. Thorough! Makes sure you understand every aspect of the work & tests you on it. In the end, it's worth it.

Easy class. Teacher does not overwhelm you with work. She likes to make sure we understand the historical context of each book we read. Overall, I learned a bit. The class discussions sometimes went too far into a random student's whim.

SHE IS ONE OF THE FINEST TEACHERS IN THE SCHOOL. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT WHAT SHE TEACHES & YOU CAN TELL THAT SHE IS THERE TO TEACH & NOT JUST GET A PAY CHECK. HER QUIZES & TESTS ARE EASY IF YOU DO THE READINGS. ALSO SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY FOR YOU

I thought this class was great - I am actually sad that the semester is ending:( I definitely want to take this prof again. The workload is rather light for an Eng. class. She wants everyone to participate - a lot of the class is open discussion.

I think this prof is great, she is excellent at teahcing and she is so passionate about what she teaches, the class is not at all boring, the workload is light, she gives quizzes that are easy and tests which require writing on the readings. Great Prof!

Goes off on wild tangents instead of talking about the reading. Is passionate about what she teaches, just isn't organized & rambles on & on. Has quizes on the readings. tests are pretty easy. no papers to write, only 3 tests.
