not understanding at all. she was great at the beginning of the semester, but then started taking out her frustration on the kids who actually showed up to class. you need to know how to play the piano to practice because she only helps the guys and those new to singing. if you're sick, skip the test, she won't believe you otherwise.

Very nice. Definately makes you work, but you'll see improvement. Not very organized. Don't expect a syllabus until about a month into the class. Makes you take the singing tests in front of the entire class, but you are suually prepared for them. Must memorize all songs and do chapter readings. I liked her a lot.

I had Amanda for both voice class and private lessons. She's a very caring individual who will make you work hard but with success and is not short on praise for good work! I've seen her make major progress with singers over the course of a semester, week, and even days! One of my favorite memories of the OSU Music Dept.

She's not a bad teacher. but she tends to embarrass students a lot. She likes to make you sing in front of the class and that isn't always a good thing. She is very critical on your singing performance, even if you're taking this class for fun. Make sure you can handle critism from a teacher.

Amanda is so nice, she definetly pushes you to do your best. She is very caring and encouraging. I'd love to take more classes with her. I actually looked forward to going to her class. I thoroughly enjoyed it. She's awesome!

I love Amanda, she's so much fun and so excited about singing. Her enthusiasm makes me feel a lot more courageous about singing in front of other people. She expects a lot out of a person, but will back off if you just let her know you're having trouble

She is never there...and then she makes you feel like an idiot if you don't have something done for her or you miss the lesson time....well be specific and clarify what you want...you really don't learn much...take lessons with todd if you can.
