Prevost is an AWESOME professor. This class is based on economics, so if you don't understand curves, shifts, etc. you're going to have a rough time. He is ALWAYS willing to explain in further detail and will never judge you for asking a question. He takes time outside of class to help students as well. Overall, he's an awesome professor and guy.

As a finance major I found this class to be extremely confusing. i enjoy him as a person but his exams are basically just all theory and graphs. he expects you to remember econ class material that everyone most likely took 3 years ago. Super nice guy but his lectures are long and painful with alot of random things thrown in.

This class can be difficult for those who don't have a solid background investments prior. He moves fast and often times doesn't take enough time to explain things. He speaks clearly and has an incredible knowledge of the subject matter. I was indifferent about him. I wouldn't avoid him but i also wouldn't recommend him.

Andy's an okay guy. His lectures are kind of boring, but it's finance, what did you expect? Tests aren't too bad, but you gotta put some prep time in. He's good at explaining things if you ask him, so don't be shy.

I would highly recommend taking this class with someone else. The material was often unclear and he seemed like one of those professors who is very smart, but not a good teacher. I did okay in the class, but it was pretty painful.

He has the geekiest voice. The good thing about him is he will never keep you past one and a half hours through the 2 hour class. SO boring to listen to though. Voice is a lot like Ben Stein. Not hard though, quizzes and homeworks are easy.
