she's a great teacher, extremely helpful. she always took my calls and helped after class, she was kind, funny, and entertaining. her class wasn't easy, but I really enjoyed her energy. I didn't always agree with comments she made (a little liberal), but she was always respectful. very very understanding.

Amazing teacher. She makes going to class fun. In the begining it seemed like preschool (we played the name game), but it was for a good reason. By the end of class I had made great friends and felt comfertable speeking infront of others. She knows what she is talking about and grades hard but fair. Take her if you can! Made a feared class fun!!!!

take her if you have a fear of public speaking! i avoided taking this class until my last semester because i was so scared but she makes the classroom a very comfortable place. on speeches she is a hard grader, but there are other easy ways to make up for lost points (two tests and attendance).

Tina is the best!!! she will make you work hard for a good grade but you will not find a more helpful and supportive teacher. Be prepared to give 100% to this class. It's worth it, you'll learn alot. Tests are easy but she grades speeches harshly. Love her!

She is a deceptively bad teacher. You start off her class thinking she's going to be great and fun and you end with a bad taste in your mouth and wondering if you learned anything. She can be snide, irritating, and she thinks she is a much better speaker than she really is. This is generally the concensus of the class that I am in.

She is a great teacher and knows how to make sure that her students are interested during lectures. She knows how to make classroom environments warm and friendly and coming to her classes every other day was actually fun. i was so nervous about taking this class, but now i'm done & i LOVED it. tina makes the classes fun & interesting. the class atmosphere was very supportive & she makes public speaking easy & fun. the tests are easy as well, i passed w/out studying. not a hard grader on speeches, i strongly suggest taking her, she's the best out there!

I absolutely loved this class! I was very nervous about taking speech, but she makes you feel very comfortable.By the end of the semester i felt like i was friends with everyone in the class and i am no longer nervous about public speaking. She is so funny and enthusiastic, and wants everyone to suceed, take this class!

She takes speech very seriously. If you read all the chapters of the book she assigns, you should do fine on the test. Your speeches need to be well reasearched, and your speech outlines need to be well thought out. If you think you are taking an easy "A" speech class think again. Also try to get on her good side.

Had her class last semester, and she is definitely worthy of a positive rating. She'll exercise all of your social anxiety demons, but you'll love her like a sister by the end of the course. Great teacher/friend who wants you to succeed. She gets 22/25. (She'll understand).

As far as teaching goes, she's good. She's clear and well prepared for each class. At times, I personally don't respect her because she uses foul language, or crack jokes that are inappropriate. Her motto seems to be, "I know what an A is for you." This subjective grading frustrates and discourages me. It seems no assignment will get an A

she was very fun and energetic and a sweetheart. very very very social class, you are constantly talking...the kind of class you bring cookies and popcorn to. she gave us candy a lot..the curriculum was slightly boring at times, a LOT of common sense, but christina made the class really fun. GOOD CLASS TO TAKE DURING A HEAVY LOAD SEMESTER!

Makes speech fun. Always kept class exciting. She grades really weird though, and she didn't tell us. Basically she grades subjectivly and harder as the class goes on. Which can be discouraging. But overall she was a great teacher.
