I barely passed his class. I understood what we learned in lecture, but he put questions on exams that we never talked about. Also, he has a serious phlegm problem, and often sounded like he was coughing up a lung during class.

Although he seemed very knowledgeable in the subject he was all over the place. The study guides he gave had typos all over them and even his tests had numerous typos. On one of his tests there was a multiple choice question with 2 of the same option and he said, "well I guess you'll have to guess". Do not take him if you're used to organization.

Towle is a very knowledgeable man. Sometimes he is a little too smart for his students, but he will explain things in simpler detail if you ask. He does say to read the text, but so far only one question has pertained to it. His quizzes can be confusing, but his exams are straight from the notes. He also gives out study guides before each exam.

He is a nice guy but an awful teacher. His notes are all over the place and they are hard to study from because of this. HE puts things on tests that he never went over which makes for hard tests and quizzes.

This professor is extremely nice and genuinely wants all of his students to succeed but he is awful at teaching. I got him for A & P II and his lectures are just all over the place. He is old fashion so all notes are on the white board. Quizzes are too vaguebroad where as tests are to specific on things he didn't cover. majority of class failed.

Great teacher. He does not use the book which frustrated many students who didnt feel the need to pay attention, take notes, or attend class. He is willing to help out anyone with anything al they have to do is ask. Easy A just take notes especially on the things he does not write down, ask questions, and attend class.

I had him for A&P 1&2. It was a lot easier my second time around because I knew how he taught. For quizzes and exams strictly study the notes you take, because you don't use the book at all. He can be hard to understand sometimes since his notes are all over the place at times, but if you take really good notes and study them, you'll pass.

Towle is a great guy....but a horrible professor. He contradicts the book (even when confronted with it), puts material on the tests that was NEVER discussed. I attended every class and took notes like I was being paid, and I still never knew what to expect when exam-time came. He is extremely hard to follow as a lecturer and really plays favorites

He is a nice guy although he may come off as a smart ass and may come off a little mean at times. His diagrams are difficult to understand and are drawn like a child. what is on the test is not always what is even taught in class and his notes do not cover everything.what he says does not always match the book. I did well but was always stresed.

HATED this teacher. unless you are a complete genious in anatomy and physiology, you are basically gonna FAIL. makes no sense when he talks and his tests have nothing to do with the notes we took! it was my first time taking a&p and it couldn't have gone worse! If you are good at understanding bio, your all set. If not, CHANGE TEACHERS

If you do your work, you should have no trouble passing his class. Don't slack cause in this class it catchs up with you fast. Nice guy too. Just ask for help if you fall behind. He's really understanding.
