Took this course online, while it was difficult, as long as you keep up with the work and complete the class precipitation points, his class was fairly easy. Prepare to spend a lot of time on homework and MANY papers.

Fantastic profressor. I graduated in 1999 and still remember most of what he said. A four hour class felt like two hours--his stories are wonderful and a great way to learn. It really opened my eyes to other cultures and helped me to remember not to be ethnocentric!

Good stories. Fun in an old-hippie kinda way! Knowledgeable. Easy class, but you have to work for a good grade.

Best teacher ever when it comes to emailing and grading assignments in a timely manner. I took the class online and some asignments were graded within hours... but you really have to work if you want to get an A in his class.
