Hes tough for sure! My first B since my first semester as a freshman at RU (Im a junior). Exams were take home but too difficult for just a 200 Level class. Tough grader on essay portion. Workload wasnt bad though. Very strict on attendance which was unnecessary for an 8am. If you try you should pass, no doubt! Hes not out to fail you!

Comment:

I'm pretty sure he only does 8am classes for BLAW 203, but it is very much worth it. He knows since the lecture is early that people will show up as zombies, therefore, he tries to make it fun with lots of good/interesting stories (on topic) and wears fun ties! His test can be difficult, but they're take home. I'd take him again and recommend him.

Dr. Davidson is passionate about law, and he shows it in his lectures. He made a boring class very interesting, and I didn't mind getting up for an 8am to come to his class. He makes himself available & His tests are tough, but they are take home, so as long as you pay attention and read you'll do just fine in his class. I strongly recommend him.

Professor Davidson is one of the best professor's I've ever had. His tests are a bit tough but he is so passionate about his subject. He really cares about his students and the class is very straght-forward. I would recommend a million times over. Go to class, it's worth it.

Undoubtedly, the most difficult class I've ever taken. Makes test unnecessarily difficult, extremely hard to understand. Fairly interesting class and material; Just far too difficult to be a 200 level class.

I think I learned more in this class than any other I took at Radford. Davidson is a true teacher, not just a professor. This class isn't easy, but if you're looking for a career in business, I promise that what you learn will be worth it.

The most qualified professor perhaps Radford University has. He is incredibly personable. Material is not a joke, however he uses examples that really benefit students. He expects his students to act professionally and put effort into his class. He is a phenomenal professor.

Incredible professor. He brilliantly explains complex concepts regarding law in a way that is understandable. This professor is beyond recommendable. He has written several textbooks, and is the most passionate professor I have ever had. He genuinely cares about the further education of college kids.

Very nice guy, kinda goofy, but always does a good job of engaging the class in examples to help grasp the laws and cases. He does take attendance but the 50min goes by fast. If I could take him for all Law courses I would switch majors.

Dr. Davidson's class is all about the class discussions. Read the material and be ready to be randomly called on. If you're prepared, you'll impress him. If not, he'll make you look like an idiot in front of everybody. It's entirely up to you. He's one of my personal favorite professors at Radford.

Amazing teacher and person! Makes class very interesting and takes are take home! The tests are pretty hard but if you pay attention and work hard you will end up with a good grade! I would recommend him to anyone taking Business Law!

Even though I didn't do well in this class. This was one of my favorite professors since I've been here. He only teaches early in the morning, but he still makes it interesting and worth being there. The class is hard, but you just have to put some hard work into it and you'll do good. I recommend this teacher to anyone for Business Law.
