The entrepreneurship class that I took with Prof. Burgess was one of the best classes of my college career.He spent all of his free time working with our class to help us develop our business ideas and start implementing them.The class was hard work, but if you put in the time and effort then you are rewarded with a better understanding of business

Great Prof. He amkes you learn by doing, which I have learned in real life is very important. He is tough on you so you have a better end product. Don't worry about the grade(trust me) worry about getting better and his feedback. Also he communicates very quickly with his students which is nice to see.

Makes you work hard, but great teacher. He wants you to learn how much hard work and time it takes to make a great business. He has his views, but if you are passionate about yours then you won't have a problem.

The absolute worse teacher I have ever had. He has no business trying to teach a business class. You can tell he's a devote christian or something and is completely biased about everything. If you don't write something he has the same thoughts on you will fail. Should be fired. I am talking to the dean and pleading my case for his removal.

Burgess is not a good instructor, and I wouldn't take this course. Your grades are never posted and basically a complete mystery, because of the "intangible" components. He aggressively tries to get you to use your assignments to contribute to his ridiculous hobby non-profit.

Huge Liberal, always tries to put his useless ideas into your business plans. Make sure he's very enthusiastic about your business plan otherwise he will be closed minded about your ideas feasibility while simply grading your writing Easy class, but papers seem to be due one after another
