Agreed. Sort of light on content. But if you put thought in, you'll get thought out. If you're taking it as an elective for the h--- of it, you'll coast, get a good mark and forget it, but the way he structures the course allows for interesting discussion if you're up for it. Hip, hip.

This is a joke of a class. Before taking it, ask yourself "Do I want to feel like I have earned my degree? Or do I want to coast through university, and learn NOTHING!?" If you want 3 credits for watching TV and movies, take this class. It's a waste of a semester. I felt comatose after taking it.
