Dr. Whiteman's class is hard, but you learned by reading the book and doing the study guides. Yes, the class is boring and he writes things everywhere on the board that are totally not related. But, if you study the guide and read the chapters, along with a few things in your notes, you'll be fine. This is college, everthing is NOT handed to you.

Take notes on what he says along with what he writes on the board. If you really think about the things on the study guide, it does help. If you ask to get the study guide earlier, he will give it to you. The tests do require thought, and class can be a bit boring, but Dr. Whiteman is a really nice guy.

Stay away! He has no plan for teaching and his notes come off the top of his head. Study guide is worthless as well. One of the most boring classes at campbell. this guy is the worst teacher I have ever had.

I despise the way he "teaches." He will basically write just a few words on the board and it's true that most of it has nothing to do with the tests which are VERY tricky. Plus his study guides are really long and I never could go through them since he gives them last minute. I don't recommend him at all!

I suggest to not take him. He talks forever and never gives you the actual notes you need for his tests. He trys to be funny, but hes not. And no matter how much you study off his study guide, you will still miss some on his test because his tests are VERY OBJECTIVE!!!!

This teacher CANNOT teach a class. All he does is talk for an hour and a half. He gives the worst notes which are completely impossible to read back. I suggest never taking this man. Take Terry Michael Newell for Religion 125.

This man was absolutely HORRIBLE i do not know who allowed him to teach at Campbell but he is not a good minister so obviously he would be a good teacher.... he doesn't know how to teach intro to christianity the man has no idea about the christian faith
