I love Debbie! Even though the class was at 8 am, once you get in the lab and cooking it's awesome. She really cares abotu her students. You'll want to make the recipes at home on your own. Join Baker's Dozen too!

Love Deb Ellingsworth. 211 Lab was awesome. She loves food and cooking it and will do her best that you enjoy it as well. Attendance is mandatory, but I never wanted to skip (although it is always at 8am). For a while we had set recipes, but then we got to make what we wanted. A few quizzes, no tests. The final is cooking for a theme. Take her!

Greatest person ever. She is so helpful and doesn't get mad if you mess up your food. She knows that not everybody has worked in a kitchen before and she teaches the class like this. As long as you show up this class is an guaranteed A.

One of the best professors I have ever had. If you are interested in cooking she will come in on the weekends and help you with your skills. One of the nicest ladies around and she really cares about her students. Be prepared for her bluntness (which can be comical at times).

EASY CLASS...get to know her early, if she likes you she will just give you an A no matter how hard you screw up. Be prepared to show up for class and have her cancel it on a whim...she does that a few times a semester. She really takes an interest in her students.

Her cooking class was my favorite class all semester. She is so funny and truthful and really helps you. The three hours in the morning go by so fast that you wish you had 3 more. I loved her class.We can eat all of our food in the end which is cool but dont expect to take too much of it home.

Great teacher, very helpful, and speaks the truth about everything. ask questions, laugh and have fun in the class. if you ever hear bad stuff about her, it means the student did something to ****her off. she the greatest. just dont goof off and be lazy.
