A professor who truly cares for his students. He will inform you ahead of time that it is a college class he is teaching, not high school. If you are stuck with any essay, he is just an e-mail away which is great! Grading is a bit tough but in a positive way because it makes you think/learn. Listen and take effective notes and you will be okay.

This class is difficult, as noted by several of my peers. The syllabus could use an improvement in clarity, and essays are graded rigorously. I took issue to a lack of clarity in assignments. My classmates and I had trouble figuring out which assignments were which, so the organization lacked clarity, and Dr. Street's helpfulness wasn't exhibited

Extremely hard grader, will work you very hard in class and in essays. My writing improved greatly due to his harsh grading and strict classroom. His teaching of outlines, rough drafts, and how to complete essays was extremely beneficial, and essays for other disciplines are a cakewalk now. I plan on taking 1302 with him, and recommend him for 1301

For me his a really hard teacher, 10 journal entries like done every week, essays are hard as well, if you want a challenging teacher his the one but if you are taking hard classes, his hard you will have a hard time, otherwise I guess you will learn from the workingggg your butt off but thats all your time

He is a really hard grader. All he wants from his students is to show their best papers. You will never get bored from his lecture. He puts a lot of effort to help each individuals. I highly recommend those want to transfer to university to take him. You get to work hard and you will learn a lot from his class.

Take him!!!! He's a really great professor! Very easy, but if you hate essays, well that kind of a problem because all that assignments are essays. BUT, he explains it to you REALLY well. I'm not at good writing essays but I be getting B's and A's because he will really explain it to you step by step.
