Prof. Morgan is challenging and not in the business of throwing bones to lazy or half-assed students. That said, if you want to learn from a brilliant and professional person, he's your man. One of the most rewarding experiences of my undergrad.

He is fair in that he DOES NOT give away hints about the assignment, however if you're incapable of understanding key elements don't expect him to asnwer them. This is the most fair course I've taken to date, if you only do well by bugging the heck out of the profs rather than your own merits don't take the course.

A frighteningly intelligent person with an incredible mind, but utterly unapproachable and pompous. I'm sure he's a great lawyer, but as a prof I've had much better. His anecdotes are fun and he's passionate about what he teaches; that said, he could benefit from actually having a relationship with his students and being receptive to them.

Very unhelpful. Walk in, prof reads verbatim from ancient notes, then asks a bizarre question and the unwieldy off-topic about nothing begins and lasts until class ends. Walk out knowing nothing more than when walked in. You just have to learn it all yourself. And the small-group dinner was terrible. Sandwiches. Don't go.

Pompous, arrogant, unhelpful, self- absorbed (see his regular guest appearances on city TV), downright ignores people he doesn't like, HEAVILY politically biased (can you say Allen Dershowitz?). He seems to be attempting to discourage anyone from studying law.

Though a little pompous, Morgan was a pretty good lecturer. It did seem as if he was uninterested in teaching, but when he taught a subject he liked he was great. Very intelligent, but his anecdotes were more amusing than helpful. He was NOT approachable and was rude when I met with him after class. But I nonetheless liked the course.
