This is not about a subject but about personality put forward to convey the material through onto you. What you will feel in this course is pain from chaos and illogical puzzle inflicted on you. And you will see that your pain is this teacher's pleasure... If you are a psych major or just read people well, you will find that sadism is her hobby.

I took exactly the same class at another school in the North and found that her class is extremely overloaded to confuse and discourage all those excited about the subject. Do not enroll and better transfer out to a community college in Northern States you will get better teachers!

I've enjoyed Prof. Pollock--she is witty, and communicates the material in an applicable way. If you have questions, she's more than willing to answer them. Her study guides & overheads make up the exam material, but be sure to read the chapters thoroughly & know how to apply the concepts. If you can apply them, you'll do very well on the exams.

Great teacher. She gives quizes everyday. This helps with your overall grade. Follows the syllabus strictly which is helpful. Offers help when needed. Tests are straight from the study guide. You need to study to receive a good grade.

She is great, definitely one of the most helpful professors I've ever had. She is willing to try and answer any questions you have to understand the material, and some of it was seriously difficult. Tests can be hard if you don't prepare adequately, but she grades very fairly. Overall I would highly recommend her for any legal class.

Very nice lady. Explains the material very well. Gives examples in class that are used in multiple choice questions so don't miss any classes. Tests are not too hard, the multiple choice can be tricky though. There are also essay questions at the end too but she is an easy grader on those. Vocab. quiz over each chapter. I would take her again!

Best bet for this course. She is very smart and can be interesting at times. Take if you can and study a little and you will be fine. Be prepared for writing because the exams are short answer essay.
