Interesting class. The group project runs throughout the whole semester so it is a lot of work, but if you group is serious about the project you'll be fine. She is easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions you have.

I have had Dr. Fitzgerald for three semesters for Intro to Org Comm, Org Comm then interviewing. She is a little unclear at times but she is always willing to help. Just pay attention in class, get on her good side which mostly everyone does by just being attentive and pleasent. Knows her stuff too.

She is such a flake! Don't expect her to get back to you in a timely fashion. On numerous occasions she would say one thing one day, and go back on it and say/expect something different. She tries to sound like she knows what she's talking, but she really just sounds dumb. She isn't really a tough grader as long as you do the work.

the most wonderful professor i have had in my entire life! i have never met a professor who is more willing to do whatever they can for their students. she will do whatever she can to make sure you pass and to help you succeed in life in general. no professor has more respect from me than her. i've taken her multiple times, with enthusiasm!

I never received more respect from a professor... from the look of previous comments it seems that not everyone agrees. My guess? Those who didn't find her helpful didn't want her help or didn't feel they needed the help in the way she gave it. I can honestly say I got more feedback and encouragement from her that ultimately led me to being a better student. Graduated in 04 and she is still to this day willing to help me where needed. More professors should be like her.

I actually find her to be very respectful to students in general. I see her as the one professor that I would go to for help with anything. Very knowlegable on the subjects she teaches. I have had her in a total of 4 classes, not too easy but very good
