I just read the last person's rating and couldn't belief we could actually be talking about the same prof. I had Prof. Mayer two years ago, and she was the nicest, most organized Professor I had in a while (esp. in accounting). She shared her work experience (which many of the other's were lacking), and tutored me whenever needed. Def thumbs up!

YIKES! Tries to lay down rules for class but never keeps them. Mayer spreads herself too thin and doesn't seem very organized for her classes. Easy A if you do what she says though. She lacks control sometimes and has time management issues.
