BEST TEACHER EVER!!! really, really, really nice. I'm terrible at math, but he explains everything in a totally different, so you understand it. No textbook required. No attendance. EASY A! I got an A and I only went to class half the time. GREAT TEACHER!! Im taking him again next semester

awesome professor. I hate math and ended up with an A-. only midterm and final, thats the only two grades. Even though attendance doesnt count, go to class because he doesnt teach from the book. Take good notes and pay attention to his reviews. Great class.

He is great. You will get 7 to 8 memos to re write. They are pretty simple and only an idiot would fail this class. Even when you made a mess of the re write memo you have a second chance of rewriting it again to make up for your grade. TAKE HIM. If you not not take Blumberg for INFO375 you will have a hard time with other professors.

really old old guy, been @ msu since the 30s or something, half deaf, don't miss class otherwise you'll not know whats going on, only 2 exams they are very challenging, no need to buy text, what he teaches in class, that will be the midterm/final and he will give u everything. if you get B or better on Midterm, you'll do great on final and get an A

HE IS AN INCREDIBLE PROFESSOR.Very easy class but MUST attend every class.We never used a book in his class so don't waste ur money on it. Just pay attention in class & do the hw problem & its easy A. Final & midterm makes up the grade but they are really easy ONLY if u know how to use the formulas. MUST TAKE HIS CLASS at least once @ MSU.

Professor Blumberg is a overall great professor however he isn't clear most of the time. Statistics isn't the most easiest subject to learn or teach so I have to give him credit. Attending class is a MUST. You will definitely fail if you don't because the class doesn't go by the book. The midterm and final make up your grade so make sure to study.

his grading is ridiculous. i got a b on the mid-term...took the final and know i passed, but he gave me a C+. i was at every class too. he goes fast at times and doesn't explain very well. he just says "it's easy." he may seem easy with no attendance, but becareful b/c you will not get a great grade.

ONE OF THE BEST PROFESSORS IN MONTCLAIR!! Such a sweet guy. Very Nice, can't hear too well but really doesn't matter. Only give a midterm and final and like mentioned before lets you take the midterm over if you fail. No way you can fail this class unless you are a real dummy.

for a gu who got struck by lightning and now is hard of hearing, he's a nice guy...all kidding aside, dr. blumberg knows his stuff...2 exams, gives formula sheets tests, no graded h/w...study and you'll do fine.....oh and i bought the $125 book and didn't use it once--he hands out all h/w problems
