So boring, hard to stay awake. I think the tests were pretty straight forward. I thought he was unapproachable and rude honestly. I asked her for a letter of recommendation for grad school and not only did she say no, she sent me a huge email about how I need to rethink my dreams. I had a b in her class and ab student!? Simple no would be enough.

i hate to say anything bad about dr. lang but this class is painfull. obviously if your taking this class, you dont have a choice. get ready for a morning class that you will never want to go to.

Dr. Lang gives boring lectures, but she is very knowledgeable. This class was easy and all that was needed to study for the test was to study class notes. Overall a very nice and helpful woman...just boring.

Mineralogy and Petrology are boring subjects to begin with, Dr. Lang doesn't enhance the experience. She's real nice, the grandmother type, and is helpful if you go to office hours. Impossible to fail any of her classes. Good Prof.
