Really enjoyed being taught by Dr. Willner. He is highly intelligent and knowledgable of what he teaches. He made himself very accessable to the students in our class and although I did not obtain an A in the class I took my solid B as a success, as this class is very dense and informative!

He says no one ever gets an A in his class on the first day. He's super smart and although it's hard to get an A, it's easy to get a B if you put in effort into all of the assignments. The class is time consuming. The lab is like taking an extra 3 credit class on top of 3 credits of lecture. Test reviews don't help at all, just study your notes

302 Lab has A LOT of work and writing so be prepared. Lectures are fine and he's such a smart guy. He's a great professor, but the workload for all 302 classes in general is a lot. 3 tests in lecture, 3 article critiques, 2 full APA papers, and random in class assignments. Don't need to buy either book to do well in the class.

His lectures are boring even though I was interested in the topic. Gives little quizzes almost every class about 5 questions. 3 tests and they are a little challenging. 2 out-of-class article responses per semester. He's a cool guy, but his class puts me to sleep. Skim the textbook and show up and take lots of notes and you'll be fine.

Willner is super nice and clearly knows what he is talking about. He provides outlines of what he will discuss in class and sticks to them. HOWEVER... his tests are the hardest I have taken in my college career. I made between a 90-100% on all of the homeworkin class assignments and still am praying for a C in his class.

He's a great instructor! If you don't understand something he will make sure to help; he makes sure to remind everyone he's there for review help during office hours. His tests are a above average as hard, but he makes sure you learn.

Willner is so awesome that if he was beat a student to death with his iPad, I'd grab a shovel. One of the smartest men I've ever met and gives a damn about his students as long as they give him the respect he deserves. He doesn't give a lot of busy work, but he expects good quality. If he picks on you, he likes you. If he doesn't, check yourself.

Dr. Willner is one of my favorite professors ever. I adore this man because you BS him. Trust me, he's smarter than you. And after speaking to him and taking his courses, you develop this idea that's nurtured by the knowledge that he gives you. Radford is actually a good school, and to take a class because it's easy says that you're not learning.

Dr. Willner really knows his stuff. The tests are a little tricky but I never read the book, I only studied the slides and I made an A in the class. The labs definitely help so do all of your work and you will be fine.

This guys is smart, but so rude. If you do something wrong, he will go out of his way to show you how dumb he thinks you are. However, if you do something right, don't hold your breath waiting for acknowledgement from him.

Dr. Willner is a great professor! The class itself isn't easy, but he makes it clear and uses examples to help with difficult concepts. Statistics are part of this course, but he is great at teaching that part, especially if you don't like math. He also lets you use a cheat sheet on tests where you can write any stat formulas you need. Take him!!

Definitely not an easy class but if you can take him for 201 and 202 then DO IT! He is incredibly helpful and understanding. Lots of work but you learn a great deal. One of the best professors in the psych department. I'm taking him for 202 now and got a B in 201.

he is nice and teaches well, but i don't like the fact he gives you TOO MUCH information to know, only some of which is on the test. he could make his class and tests easier if he would be nice enough to tell us exactly what we need to know instead of B.S.-ing us.
