He can ramble at times, and seems to forget what he was going to say quite often. However he does a good job explaining things in and out of class and his tests could not be easier. If you fail, you need to think about another major or consider getting out of college because you obviously arent trying or dont care.

He is by far by favorite professor of cs at FMU. When I had him he went over everything with us until we understood it. Other professors just read powerpoint slides and I fall asleep in their class. He would "do" all the problems in class to show us how to do it!! Great Guy

MIS 327 with Bilbrey is one of the easiest classes I have taken at FMU yet. He is straight forward when it comes to homework, tests, and quizes. If you are a person who already has a good knowledge of computers, then this is the class to take for an easy "A".

Bilbrey is a very good teacher. He talks a little fast. I had to look over my notes after every class. But his homework and quizzes are like SO easy if you pay attention. His tests are somewhat challenging but he is always willing to help you. I would take him again!

Very energetic (think too much coffee), but that can be a good thing -- especially in the morning when you just want to sleep ;-) He's a nice guy. He was really easy when I took him, but I hear he's gotten harder since, but is still fair in grading.
