She was a wonderful teacher. The class is very easy if you just show up and pay attention i didn't take many notes at all and didn't read the final book of the class and still got a A on the test and an A for the class. She can be very funny and helpful. i recommend taking her if you need an english class.

even if you go to class every day and get a 100% on every test you will stlil only get a B- because she expects everyone to participate every single day. she can't speak one sentence without coughing her lungs out, extremely aggravating and distracting

i find her to be way too opinionated and too much of a feminist. if you don't interpret something the way she sees it, most likely you'll lose points. the class is easy but it's really frustrating to lose points on a paper b/c it's not how see saw interpreted. overall though, i think she's nice but i wouldn't take her again.

Archetypal Women was probably one of the best classes I took at KU. Since this is in her field of feminism she really digs deep and goes back to the Greeks and shows us the importance of women in literature. Work was alright response papers after every reading and then the final paper and mid term paper were cake! TAKE HER!

I love this professor, she is so easy you will be a fool to fail her classes. She is not big on Tests but very big on journals so as long as you do your work you are sure to get an A in her Class. I have taken her 3 times and 2 times i got an A and thats a big deal for me.

Extremely easy intro to lit class so long as you attend and take good notes. There's a moderate level of reading, as to be expected with a lit class. She has a quiz before most classes and they're so easy. Going into her final I had 539/540 points, that's how easy her class is. Just pay attention, take notes, and study them before exams. Easy A/B

Very cute lady. Her class is so easy as long as you read and voice your opinion. She gives little quizzes before every class on what you had to read. I loved going to class!

She knows her stuff. The workload was moderately heavy, many books to read, 10 papers, mid-term, final essay and final but you not only learn alot you actually develop great analytical skills. I really enjoyed this class as well as the other two I took with her. She is fair. She is a little opinionated but who isn't? I think she is a great teacher!

This class is an easy A as long as you go and do the readings. She gives real easy short quizzes at the beginning of every class. just 5 multiple choice, ya just have to be there. Tests were also cake. I got an A with little effort, i just didnt miss a class.

She's a very nice woman and class discussions were always the highlight of my school week. However, I found it impossible to get a decent grade on any paper that I ever wrote for her. She's a very tough grader, especially on her research papers. Other than that, she's a very wonderful teacher. Recommended.
