Tests were very hard. He's smart and knows what he's talking about. He tells jokes everyday and makes you laugh. He also tells lots of stories. A wonderful man to sit and listen to, but u have to live with the book to do good, which i didn't, but still ended up with a C. Take him if u want to work hard, he is interesting!

Nice guy but lectures are atrocious and not helpful by any means. Attendance is mandatory, however, you would be better off staying home and taking notes directly from the textbook. Lectures result in random, unnecessary stories nearly every class. The lack of e-mail is ridiculous as well.

Real nice guy, i'm an A/B student, but had a really hard time with him. Attendance counts, and the lectures dont have much to deal with the tests. The tests are hard, but he gives you what you need to read. You have to study to get a decent grade in this class. make sure you buy the book!

Classes are pretty boring, gets off topic quite a bit, cancelled multiple classes at the beginning of semester but you only find out after getting to class, doesn't use a computer, tests are a little difficult, 3 papers due but not greated with difficulty

This guy is great! He is very knowledgeable about the subject because of his vast experience in political science. Literally he has had four different jobs and has worked in several different countries. The class is easy, his tests aren't hard and neither are the papers. Basically just pay attention in lecture and you will do well on the tests.

Very good prof. He makses the class interesting with stories that relate to the subject, is very forgiving. Has 3 papers that are a piece of cake to do. Usually let out of class early and given a 5 minute break in the middle. Has missed 2 classes already by 11-1-05. Makes the class interesting. Can still pass without reading anything.

Let me put it this way, if you can't hand his class drop out and consider a career filling vending machines. Welcome to college, you might actually have to do something. I don't understand how anyone can give this guy a bad rating. His classes are funny and entertaining. Show up and pay attention and you'll do fine. He's a very fair grader.

Very knowledgeable; unfortunately does not share that knowledge with class - is too busy retelling bizarre stories from James Bond days. Class was incredibly boring, too much reading, and the tests had too many infinite details gleaned only from spending 20 hours/week reading. (not possible)
