SHE IS THE BEST! PLEASE TAKE HER! I took her in my first semester of college and she is honestly the reason I stayed here. She makes you want to come to class and to participate. The class was wonderful! There are only 2 tests in the class and she prepares you well for both. I received an A on both and in the class!

Mrs. Johnna is an amazing professor. I was extremely nervous to take a public speaking class, but she makes sure you feel comfortable in class. She's super nice, and funny and I love hearing her stories during lectures. Highly recommend her class.

I loved, loved Professor Bigelow. She truly was one of the best professors I have ever had. She cares so much about her students and always makes class interesting. The tests can be tricky and you have to do to the work, but she will usually work with you to reach the grade you want. She is definitely worth taking!!!

I have noticed that the majority of the comments are giving Johnna a bad rep on here, here is how the class works She tells you from the start she'll be late every class, NO BIGGIE! Use the time for HW Show up, PASS, with an A! BE PREPARED! Do you work for your speeches! I took notes as needed in class and passed with an A without the book!

Very disorganized. Her class was easy if you like to listen to stories about her life and boyfriends when she was young. Her tests are EXTREMELY difficult and long. She wants you to think she's wonderful and pretty and looks hot, but it's sometimes too obvious how she tries to do it. Designs stories that around something "cute" she did.

I thought she was a good teacher. I honestly expected a lot more info on public speaking, but she ends up talking a lot and has lots of stories, which I don't mind because they are typically interesting. Regardless, the class is really easy though. You have four presentations and she grades them fairly leniently. Just show up and do your work.

I loved her! She is such a nice woman and she was always very helpful to me. Easy going and straight forward! She has lots of funny stories and the point of them was for breaking the ice. I don't know why a lot of people are hating but if you're not lazy and you do your speeches you'll get an A.

She is late EVERYDAY at least by 10 minutes and has been up to 30. She talks non-stop about her life! BORING!! I wanted to improve in public speaking, afraid that may not happen. She seems very bragadocious about her speaking skills, what about helping your class Ms. Bigelow?

She is an easy teacher but on the other hand she gives very little notes, tests are very hard, doesnt give study guides. The only one we did get was useful for just the written part of final. She is late to class regularly and answers phone during class. Over all she is easy on speeches but test are very hard. Id recommend reading each night.
