Don't take this teacher she is unbelievably ignorant, and has absolutely no class. To treat people the way she does is very uncalled for, she belittles students, and their is more busy work in this class then and upper level math class. You don't even need this class to graduate, your wasting your time and money if you take this class!!!!

I took Joi's Career Decision Making Class and have her as a counselor. I like her teaching style and find her to be a nice teacher. She has also done a good job advising me on what classes to take.

I thought Joi was a good teacher i mean yes there is a lot of busy work. But she does help you i have only recieved about 4 A's at Delta in the last 3 years and her class was one i got an A in...so come on people it was not that bad.

I thought it would do me some good to learn some study skills, but Joi was a horrible teacher. This class was more work & took more time then any of my other classes put together. I put alot of effort into it,& walked out w/ a D. Its not worth your time or money unless you take it from a diff. prof.

The instructor wasn't helpful and treated students as if they weren't of high intelligence. Her instructions for assingments were extremely vague and when asked to elaborate, she would treat a student very rudely. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!! It's a waste!
