I love computers, but I don't love Ms. Cook. She gives so much direction it's often easy to misunderstand what's required and she has little desire to clarify or assist students. Huge amounts of homework/assignments, very high expectations and horrible interpersonal skills. Once you're on her bad side. Look out! Don't disregard these reviews!

Worst instructor I ever had. She has no clarity of what's expected and never answers emails/phone calls. She also has a very bizarre grading method where she seems to grade the english usage more than the actual content of what we are turning in. Which doesn't sound bad on the surface except when you are dealing with database files.

She is a nice lady and good teacher. She expects a lot from her students, and grades them hard if they don't follow directions. She is helpful just don't get on her bad side. She will not take your nonsense, so don't even try you'll just make her mad.
