Full of energy, efficient, makes difficult material clear. The class moves quite fast but she reviews the rules from the previous class at the beginning of each new class. At the end of the year, she holds a review session where she gives you every rule for every issue from the class. You can tell she really loves the material and loves teaching.

One of the best professors I've ever had. Engaging, knowledgeable, and cares about her students. Definitely agree with earlier reviews-- it's important to take good notes and double-check them during the brief recap she offers at the beginning of each class.

Best professor at GSU law. Took torts + employment with her. She does a review at the end of both courses where she literally gives a condensed outline of the class. She is super smart, and by far the most prepared at GSU. Take GREAT class notes. If you use those to fill in her condensed outline, you'll have a leg up. Notes readings in her class.

Timmons is a GREAT professor - in class, that is. She is hard to reach outside of it. She's the "cool" professor, has a "hip" sense of humor, gives you VERY clear rulesnotesstructure, and loves the subject, but she keeps the class on rails and her friendliness almost seems a little fake. She likes you in class, but out of it? Hard to find.

So hot, it was distracting. She also loves to tell racy comments and jokes in class, which didn't help. Probably got more than a few "raises" in class, whew!

Like most who have written here, initially I thought Professor Timmons was an excellent professor. And she is, in the classroom. I guess the problem I have, is that she seems to care so much about the students, but then often disappears and is relatively nonresponsive. I guess she is busy, but I would have expected more out of her.

Amazing professor, easily one of the best I've had the pleasure of taking. Do not go to GSU Law and not take her for something. She makes the law of Torts completely understandable and straight forward and is very, very, very excited about the subject.

Excellent professor. Very clear and easy to understand. Likes cold-calling and does not like when students are unprepared. She's very funny. Take her class if given the opportunity, especially her general employment law class.

Timmons' class was the only class I looked forward to during my first year of law school! She really cares about her students, she has a great sense of humor, and she has the ability to tell you you're wrong without making you feel like an idiot. There is just no reason to take any other Torts professor at GSU!!!!!
